  • Identify pilot location/facility
  • Develop working budgets for Y3-Y5
  • Refine initial program offering

Year 3: 2018

  • Design and document the pilot
  • Design and implement application/screening process
  • Define metrics for evaluation/benchmarks for success
  • Formalize partnerships
  • Prepare facilities for pilot
  • Design and distribute survey to collect data

Year 4: 2019

  • Launch pilot/Veterans Residency
  • Market center to facilitators
  • Track progress, get feedback, track ideas for refinement

Year 5: 2020

  • Expand pilot (time and/or programming)
  • Launch full service offering (book clients)
  • Launch marketing plan to general public through partnerships and PR
